Went in asked for a cartridge. Asked for live resin. Was sold a disposable vape instead. Was offered exchange instead of the one I would have purchased for less money. Now I'm just out the cash. Instead of the employee talking the time to listen to my needs and repeat back what I asked for or what I was actually purchasing to confirm that it was infact correct. Employee just wanted to rush the transaction to get to the next instead of getting this one right. Wish I could take back the two dollars I left her. I haven't been coming to OG strawberry in a bit but I have been a customer for a while and this is by far the worst and last experience I will be having with the entire chain of stores.
