Say it was delivered but they never showed up

Delivery order confirmed with an ETA promised within two hours. No ETA was provided after that window, and there was no response to calls or texts. Cancellation required contacting the store, which wasn’t possible. I wasn’t charged, but the experience was frustrating and they seem unreliable. Wouldn’t recommend.
