I have used this doc for 2 years now, first visit was super easy, fast and he is very knowledgeable and nice. My last visit back in 8/14 was a horrible experience, it was like a cattle call, the lobby was packed, people had nowhere to sit and it was very hot (bad for patients). Through the crowd I manage to do my paperwork and got to se ethe doc, but when it came to processing my file they hit glitch. I had recently gotten married and had changed my name (added his) so they asked me how do I write my name (that's all) and I told them how and they re-wrote my paper and made me sign. I could not look at the paperwork carefully due to the heat and rush so i signed and left. Needless to say my card got rejected for re-newal due to bad paperwork (they miswrote my address too) took me 2 months to straighten it out. It is my believe that the doctor is a good doctor and the staff is just not very well trained.
