I am new in the neighbourhood and decided to give V&D a try. I called in first and was helped by Jai. Jai answered the phone instantly started to talk, there was no awkward moment, or made it feel "blaa". Jai had such a vibrant energy and makes you feel like you called an old friend. I went down to the store with my boyfriend and was greeted by Jai. She instantly made the connection between my voice on the phone and in-person. She makes that personal connection with you and makes you feel like more than a customer. She makes you feel like a friend, a neighbor. Jai and Vj definitely are an amazing duo. Both will make you laugh and make you feel like you went over to their home for dinner.
