Made an order at 1:52 waited until 555 to give them a call to wonder where the order was and one of the reps told me that I missed the cut off so they let me sit for five hours and I had to call them and then when I told them that I needed to speak to a manager they told me I needed to call them back to get to a pre-recorded line terrible customer service terrible first time patient experience and won’t ever use them again i’d give zero stars if that was an option
