Princess Leia was no longer the OZ special. immediately after reading this, I was called to position 5 with Luis. He told me that this (top shelf) was the new price. I asked for the supervisor (Austin) and asked him to honor the original price that I came in for and he just flat out said no. what kind of business are you running. this is obviously a bait and switch tactic. I have been a long time customer, from the start and have achieved 4 of the $42 bonuses. I think I deserve better customer service. don't you agree?
