Sharing an email I had to send cause an employee told me to move out of the way he has customers behind me. When he spent 10 minutes + with the patient before me - I just left your store and was treated with so much disrespect I’ve never felt so much anger towards another person. I was simply not sure how the loyalty points worked I had never used it before and this same gentleman Anthony at your Port Charlotte store asked me in a terrible manor after explaining to me I can only use the points when it’s at full price I simply said that kind of negates the deal then and I said I will be back he then told me to move over he has other customers in line. But the reason I am so upset is he didn’t spend 2 minutes with me but the person before me he conversed as they were best friends for at least 10 mins when people were in line then all of sudden he’s now in a hurry and I have been the most polite person I. Your stores and always even leave a dollar or 2 for tip. I will be going back tomorrow morning to speak with the manager of the place and if we can get this issue resolved I will return to the store if I get treated like that for
