This is a new chain that seems to be popping up all over town, although this location may have the others beat on the size of their selection. But the best thing they all share in common is the first time patient’s 50% off deal. Fortunately, their regular prices are still very reasonable, so it works out really well. Isaiah helped us out today. He was friendly and made sure we knew about the specials. We hope to come back again soon!

I’m a caregiver for a roommate with a mental disability who lives on a fixed income and uses cannabis to manage his symptoms. iLyfted’s Studio City location was once our neighborhood spot. We were happy with the price & quality of their $25/8 store brand flower and went every week. Unfortunately, they stopped offering it and we had to start going somewhere else. Then, this week, we saw they had advertised their store brand “Biscotti Jealousy” for $25/8th on weedmaps, so we went back. When we got to the store, we told the clerk we wanted the Biscotti and she said they were out and suggested we buy something else that was nearly double the price. I told her it was still listed on weedmaps, and she told me the dispensary had stopped using weedmaps because they didn’t update their menu regularly. She said they hadn’t carried that product in a very long time. So I pulled up the iLyfted website on my phone—the Biscotti was listed there as $25/8th on their delivery menu. Bait & Switch.

After discovering that our usual neighborhood spot was closed on New Year’s Day, we were relieved to find Project Cannabis NoHo nearby was open. Check-in was fast and trouble-free, and once inside, we found a good variety of flower and pre-rolls available at a variety of price points. Max helped us find a great BOGO 50% off deal on some eighths of Alien OG and Papaya. He explained how we could save even more on future visits because they want to keep us coming back. We were very happy with the friendly service and the quality of the flower, and look forward to visiting again soon.

This place is about the best we've found in terms of service, quality buds, and knowledgeable staff. The only time we go somewhere else is to get a specific brand of rosin hash they don't carry here. Today, we decided to go with some basic sativa flower, and decided to come here. Jack helped us. He was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to show us all the sativa options we asked about. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about each of the strains. And what was really nice was that he didn't try to upsell us at all -- he started with the least expensive strains and went up from there. We found just what we were looking for!

We've been to dozens of dispensaries over the years, and this, hands down, has to be the most all around positive experience we've had to date. We hadn't been in for a while, but Annie remembered us, and even though we were just getting a small amount, she gave us the same attention and helpfulness you might expect from a much larger sale. She was also very knowledgeable about the selection and made sure our needs were met. The product quality was also top notch. I wish they all could be this good!

I noticed this collective had better rates than my usual spot, so I thought I would give it a try. Christian helped me, gave me the grand tour, and gifted me with a first time welcome package that included my choice of edibles or flower. He was very thorough and helpful, and gave me some great recommendations. I was very pleased with the quality of my selection and, according to my calculations, will be saving over $100 a month by going with this place. In addition to everything else, they have a frequent customer rewards package, raffles and other incentives to keep you coming back. Which I will be doing!

Having experienced many of the dispensaries LA has to offer, we thought we'd give this one a try today, since it was just a few blocks from our apartment and saved us a trip in the car. We couldn't have been more pleased. Our budtender, Annie, made us feel welcome from the start, and gave us the grand tour. We bought 5 grams of their Girl Scout Cookie hash, which was very high quality, at a fair donation, and weighed out on a scale, as opposed to the little plastic vials, which we've typically found to be a little underweight in other places. Their welcome bag was also very generous. We plan to stop back by in a few days, and hope to make this our main dispensary! Thanks, Annie!

Our regular spot was out of hash this week, so my roommate and I decided to give Green Valley a try. The registration process was a breeze and Scarlett helped us once we got to the back. She had a very warm, friendly personality, took her time with us, and made our experience great from start to finish. She showed us a variety of quality hashes in different donation ranges and helped us find the best deal, which is very important, as my roommate's only income is SSI and it's hard for us to find a shop that works for his needs. They have a great package for first time patients and we're very happy to have discovered this place. We'll be back very soon!

I'm a caregiver for a roommate with schizoaffective disorder who has three previous medical marijuana recommendations for his condition over the years, from three different doctors. He feels cannabis eases the anxiety, agitation, and other symptoms he experiences as part of his illness. I can see that he's much calmer, more logical and focused when he has it. I've noticed that the only times he's needed hospitalization were times in which he didn't have access to medical marijuana for extended periods of time. We have up-to-date copies of his medical records verifying his condition and treatment history. So when I made an appointment for him with ACC in Palm Springs and they assured me that they provide recommendations to patients with this illness, I wasn't expecting any problems. However, when we saw the physician, he said that he would need a written message from my roommate's current psychiatrist stating that he was "okay" with his use of medical marijuana before he could write the recommendation. I didn't quite grasp the logic of this: if my roommate's psychiatrist were willing to write a letter approving of (or "okaying") his use of medical mj, why would we need to go to a medical marijuana clinic to begin with? I tried to explain that no county mental health employee will okay a patient's use of medical mj, but the doctor wouldn't budge, even after I offered to provide him with three previous doctor recommendations we had with us. He claimed my observations as his caregiver for six and a half years were merely "anecdotal" and only a professional's opinion held any value. I gathered that this doctor felt that he was unqualified to evaluate my friend on his own. If it's not their policy to write recommendations for patients with schizoaffective disorder, then so be it, but they shouldn't tell us ahead of time that they do those recommendations! The only bright spot in the visit was that the receptionist was pleasant and they refunded the $100 we'd paid at the front desk.
