I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank your courier, Frank. I believe that couriers play a very important role in every store’s reputation, and Frank does his job exceptionally well. He is always on time, polite, and respectful in every situation. Over time, he has truly become someone I recognize and feel comfortable seeing -I would even say he feels like a friend. I really appreciate his reliability and positive attitude, which make every delivery smooth and pleasant. Because of this level of service, I always feel confident ordering again. I would also like to thank the store for consistently providing high-quality products. It is always a pleasure to receive my orders.

I was a regular customer, but after this experience I’m unlikely to order again. Instead of the promised 30-60 minutes, I waited almost three hours for my delivery. I received a message saying the courier would arrive in 20 minutes, so I went out to meet him-but ended up waiting another hour and a half. Considering that I have a small child, this made the situation especially difficult. On top of that, the courier was not polite. I had to get dressed in just two minutes without any proper notice ( it was 11pm) and leave my child alone at home to meet him. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable… :(((((
