The wait was short, staff were well informed and thoughtful. Sadly, the 9 lb. hammer which everyone - customers AND staff plus my MD assured me would bring on a deep sleep didn't quite manage to do that, but that has more to do with me than them. Place was clean and everyone was super nice.
