Came to this dispensary to pick up some things that we needed. The employee that assisted us was Britlee she greeted us right away upon arrival to the line, very friendly, very patient and knowledgeable of the products. There was also another employee by the name of Kay she was the entrance store greeter. She was very friendly greeted us with a smile had great customer service skills. Came to cookies to pick up an online order. We were in the online pick up order. There were a lot of people online. Logan a regular cashier, took it upon herself to call us over to her side to get us in and out with our service. She was awesome, and very knowledgeable of the products friendly greeted us with a smile and assisted us right away.

Originally came for a certain product then once we went to online pick up, we decided that we wanted something different. Giovanni had no problems swapping it out. We even told him we had a review.
