I ordered today at 3:45 pm, using Weedmaps, it still shows they are preparing my order. I called at 5:45pm to check on the order John informed me after being out on hold twice and asking the same information twice, told me he's waiting on drivers for their shifts. At 7:45 I called back in and spoke to John again he informed me I was five orders away and that the driver had my order and that I would receive it tonight.5- 6 hours seems unreasonable only living 3 miles away from the store. The person I spoke to on the phone seemed frustrated and stressed out. If this was the first time I've had issues with cloud delivery I'd let it go. But this is the second time. The first time the ordered wasn't delivered til the following day and discounted which still took over three hours to delivery the next day. The system isn't good at all for delivery. update. Delivery showed up at 9:55pm.

Ordering through Weedmaps to puff Utica was pretty easy, it took less than three minutes to order two products and less lane 15 before it was ready saved about 30 minutes time, order was ready when I arrived... 5 stars! thanks PUFF!!!
