If there's ever an issue they contact you immediately and let you know, and work with you to make it right. And the punctuality is supreme, this driver knows exactly where he's going and how long it'll take to get there, and if there's going to be a delay you know as soon as he does. I've quietly nicknamed the driver Greenwich because you can set you watch to him, lol!
