I CANNOT RATE SINCE THEY NEVER DELIVERED IT

I ordered 2 items. A 3pack of mini joints and an 1/8th of CBX brand flower. What I received were the 3pack of mini joints and one single CBX joint. However, I was charged $37.50 for the 1/8th I never received. The joint price was $8.50, so they overcharged me $29.00. I emailed them immediately after my order was delivered and I emailed them 3 more times after that. I received one email response saying the manager would reach out to me that day regarding a refund. Manager never contacted me and I emailed 3 more times and they just continue to ignore my emails. If they are not capable of packing an order or making it right when they make a mistake they shouldn't be in business. They got an extra $29.00 out of me, but they lost what would have continued to be a damn good customer.
