ok so i ordered round 2, they told me to wait an estimated 95-180 min (a fuckin annoying ETA) while suggesting that i check in at 45 for a “more accurate ETA” when i did go for a more accurate ETA they told me that imma have to wait another couple hours long story short, i’ve been using this place fairly frequently cause of the selection but with these excessive ETAs i can’t anymore y’all either need to get better or start compensating everyone for the delays

come on now, i headed over as soon as i check if y’all were open, just to find your doors locked with no information i call once, get your voicemail but decided not to leave one. after waiting 10 mins, i call again to leave one, but this time i’m not even connected through what the fuck is this shit
