The office mgr and co-owner, Paul, totally lost control over a misplaced electronic script at the pharmacy. He discharged the patient and instigated an aggressive taper; and he's not even medically licensed! The patient did nothing wrong medically. It was totally inexcusable, inappropriate, and rude. Lisa Withrow did not disagree with his decision.
