BLUF, I am a medically retired infantryman with 100% VA rating. Let me tell you the 800mg Motrin 5/per day is a gateway to what lies ahead in future treatments. This practice has everything you need. The staff is friendly and paperwork is simple too. Dr. Cook is realistic when it comes to treatment.
