Thanks for the feedback, for purchases like the one you described where you have purchased large quantities of cartridges we can make an exception because we understand youve purchased alot of them and aren't able to try all of them within that 48 hour time frame. The only thing we ask as far as returns on a cartridge is that you bring it back promptly as we have in the past experienced customers trying to swap out cartridges they have held onto for months. Individual cartridge sales fall under the 48 hour return policy, however if you purchase in bulk we can make exceptions in that case.
