Lately the online system via Weedmaps sucks. Used to get prompt texts updating the status of my order, but not the last couple of months. Need to improve the online experience. Otherwise, Precious was a very nice, helpful, budtender. Always my go-to store.

I love Plan B's staff, and product, but yesterday I purchased two ounces of shake: one of John Gotti and one OG Kush. The Gotti was excellent, but the OG Kush was atrocious. Tasted like dirt. And the current green $3 pre-rolls are terrible.

Plan-B is simply the best in town! Wonderful, friendly, staff from front to back. Bud is always great and they have something for everyone. Love it!

The employees are wonderful--the fellas are always pleasant, and while I forgot to note my bud-handler's name yesterday, I must say that she (a blonde) was so VERY nice, polite, and friendly! She had my online order ready to go when I walked in and gave me the low-down on a few other strains, resulting in an additional purchase (2 oz. total). I love Plan-B--the flower is always great and you can always find an affordable deal. Keep on treating customers well and providing quality and affordable product, and you'll put the others out of business. Consistency is the key. Thanks again! Oh--and the Grape Soda IS FIRE!!!! :-)

Great staff, very friendly and professional, and nice selection of product. Need to be sure Weedmaps routes the online orders to the correct location, as my order, which was confirmed by text as being “ready for pickup” hadn’t even been received, per budtendress, Nia. By the way, Nia was da bomb! She took care of me and made sure my order was correct, and also made sure I got my 10% veterans discount and first-timer pre-roll!! I will definitely be back!!! :-)
