Delivery was smooth. Driver is patient. Phone sales was very informative

Skeptical at first and I was right. Half way through the pod it was plugging and burning my lip. I was told when I bought the pod that if I had any issues to bring it back and they would replace it. I admit I didn’t have the time to go back right away and I tried to smoke it anyway. With no success I got my lips burnt and oil all over my lips and tongue. It easily has a day if not two days left in it and they told me it’s done they wouldn’t smoke it. A Stiizy would easily smoke the amount that’s left in this pod with NO PROBLEM. At the store they said they could do nothing for me. DISAPPOINTED to say the least.
