I placed an online order for delivery on Monday at 9 am. I received 2 emails confirming that my order was being prepared and then my order was ready for delivery. Someone would contact me to set the time for delivery. I wasnt contacted at all and no delivery was made yesterday. I wouldnt even bother posting but after being disappointed by NCW before i was hoping things had improved, that i could use their delivery in a time of need. Apparently not the case. I suggest each patient designate a caregiver. Every patient can go to the MMCC website and register a caregiver, that person can go to any dispensary and pick up your meds. Gives you flexibility and you maintain full control of your situation.

I just want to thank NCW for going the extra mile for me as a patient and other patients also. Expanding their product lines, giving patients the opportunity to save no matter what line of products they choose. I personally go in on Sunday and Mondays because my choices for treatment are the specials those days. Today I saved enough to buy an extra quarter, and I got that onsale for $40. Quality products, great staff, ways to save, it's why NCW is my choice.

My first visit I didn't know what to expect. what i discovered was a knowledgeable, courteous staff. They made me feel comfortable immediately, listened to my concerns and suggested products that help. My second visit I was looking for a product to take on vacation, trips , etc. I left with the Pax Era and it was the perfect device for my life style.
