wrong product

I put an online order in for 8 Sunday cartridges and received the notification it was ready. I live over 30 mins away and was stopping by after work. when I got there they had tried to give me a different brand from what I ordered and then only had 3 of the 8. was not happy. that's gas and time I would have saved.

poor quality

kept some merchandise and had to go back. they gave me a preroll that someone had already tore off the bottom of the filter and was super flimsy and limp. poor quality

We are so sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience with us. All of our employees have great trust for each other and for our customers. I understand you had something that you purchased left out of your bag. I am very sorry for any inconvenience that caused, however we did make sure you received your product once you made us aware of our mistake. We would never keep products from someone who has paid or them. I'm not sure which pre-roll you has but I also apologize that you were not happy with it. We go through many companies trying to find places that offer good products for fair prices. If you ever receive a product that is damaged, defective, or faulty please let us know and we would be happy to get it replaced for you!
