I bought a vape online that I could quickly stop by there before I headed to work. I went in and a few few days ago. I lost my entire wallet so I didn’t have my physical medical card on me or my physical ID however, I did have the piece of paper from the tag agency that is a legal form of identification. I also had my gaming badge from the Chickasaw nation, and I also provided proof of signing into my own portal and showing that I had an active license and I had a picture of said license however they turned me down and would not sell me. I feel like they need to be a little bit more updated on their laws and I get that they were just trying to do their job however, I could go down the street at American cannabis in purchase just fine with those identifications. It’s just in the middle of the process of trying to get duplicates.
