First due to rain I waited hours for my order. The driver calls me informs me he's next door at the strip mall. So I walk over in the rain and he's in the liquor store. He proceeds to take his time. Then the only thing he can say to me numerous times if I was paying cash. Not even a friendly hello. So I pay him and go on w my night. Then a couple of hours later I get a phone call and text from the driver asking me how I paid. Seriously???? Very poor customer service.

upon placing my order w weed maps I called to check on some products the gentleman was very helpful! so I placed an order at 530 at which time I called again to tell them I had a med rec now! I spaced and realized at around 615 I hadn't even gotten a confirmation email so I call again he tells me their packing it now just waiting on driver! so next thing I know its a little after 7 and still nothing! so I call again he tells me again he's waiting on driver but for being so patient and understanding he would throw in something extra special cause of my amount! so after a few minutes goes by I see someone pulling up to my house still no text message! the driver was amazing he got my order and got it to me as fast as he could! didn't even stop to text! then omg my gift was absolutely amazing! my hair dresser loves their shop bit to be honest I've been to the shop before and after reno and still wasn't impressed! I have been going to cana Sylmar for at least 10 years and just started doing delivery never had a problem till last night! I placed my order at 645 they didn't arrive till 10! I called them at 847 they said they were really backed up the order was still there at the store waiting on drivers to come back it would be delivered 9 930 but no later than 10! So after 930 no word at all! so I go to call it says there closed and to leave a message! I tried calling numerous times but no answer! now I'm peased I've spent my whole night waiting on this order and now I don't even no if it's coming! finally at 943 I get a text say he's 7 min away! first you shouldn't shut phones off until the last customer is taken care off so if something like this happens people still have a way to communicate! second of all the new whatever it is you put in place a couple of days ago sucks! poor drivers were running around and apologize it was a total crap show! I will never order from here again! almost 3 hour

I have frequented this shop for at least 5 years if not longer and now I'm wondering whats really going on!? I placed an order for delivery the total was 58 but that didn't have something I ordered so minus 2 takes us to 56! Sundays deal was 15% off your entire order! that would of been 8.4 off! so total should of been 47.6 which is under minimum so I would had to add more! but there total was 50 and when I received my receipt it made absolutely no sense! subtotal 43.26 discount 7 tax included 13.74 total 50 there is also a dollar fee for the bag but still makes no dam sense I wish I could take a pic of the receipt it's just not right how many times has this been done before cause I didn't check receipts I trusted them and wow

I've been coming here for numerous years but just started the delivery just recently! I have absolutely no problems w them! but it does take a little time for delivery! i place my orders through weed maps so on my last order there was a price difference ! the price on weed maps was wrong plus something else I order they didn't have! so I received a couple of phone calls and the process there was a miss communication about the price! when I received my order the total was higher than it started out to be plus I had a store credit of $28 so something was wrong! I called them back the gentleman was super nice understood we had a miss communication and said he would go to the manager to see what they could do! within minutes the manager himself called me back! not only did he call me back but he made it right! I got a discount in my next order! now that's how you take care of your customers and great way to do bysiness
