This used to be my favorite shop, and I went every week, sometimes multiple times a week. After I reached out to the store about the owner drastically changing the High Rewards points from 100 to 25 per receipt, with no explanation, I got no response. None of the employees even knew about the program until I told them. Because of this, I won’t be shopping here anymore I’m going to other locations.
