Be aware of the extra charges before ordering. My order was $163, but Frost added a 5% card-processing fee ($8.15) through Stripe. I specifically told them I was paying with a Visa debit card and challenged the fee because Visa prohibits surcharges on debit transactions. They told me the fee covers their third-party processing costs, said it was their policy, and ultimately canceled my order rather than remove the fee. Their checkout also automatically added a $1 driver tip that I never selected, despite advertising free delivery. A tip should be something the customer chooses to add, not something preselected that you have to manually remove. I have filed formal complaints with Visa and the California Department of Cannabis Control regarding these practices.
