Great service! Great deals! The only problem I have is the girl that took my call upon arrival for curbside sounded high, and not weed high… she asked my information twice, I told her medical twice, she got an attitude saying she has to write stuff down?? So confused by this? Then I told her where I was parked and she said “oh that must be number 8??? There is no number here, I’m right in front facing the door..

customer service is terrible now, timing way off!!
I have been coming here since day 1.. i have spent ALOT of money here.. the past couple months have been terrible as far as customer service and the timing. They were VERY RUDE today in particular.. I was asked when I'm coming and i said 5 minutes away, she said ok we'll have it ready.. i get there to wait 25 minutes to even be talked to and then they FORGOT what i even ordered!!!! In the meantime 2 other cars were waited on and they ordered and received they're stuff before me.. I called, the girl said her manager was coming to take care of me, i never seen a manager.. a girl comes out and asked what my order even was and had to wait 12 minutes longer just to get it. My suggestion would be to hire people with some damn respect and the decency to let people on the phone know a time to come rather than let us pick and have to wait anyway when we have things to do. This place used to be my #1 spot to go to and refer to.. The girls at the desk are not informative on anything. #PUFF is #1
