I don't know why they're still making patients initial all the non-tested product forms (that's the job of the provisioning center to inform patients which tests haven't been done on which caregiver product) So that is just making patients and adult use people do extra work that isn't their responsibility to do...other than that, this was a much better experience than I've had here in the past. A little overwhelming with how much product is displayed in such a small space. Kinda hard to take in or process the products with so much STUFF, but that's just my personal opinion and observation. Got the Petra mints & they are worth it. Thanks Jordan!

As someone who's worked in the industry for 3+ yrs I have more empathy/expectations than most when visiting new PCs. I am a understanding person but my experience here was awful. I was looking for a brand that isn't at my usual PC &saw on WM they had it. Ordered on WM and let them know what time i'd be there and what my car looked like. I was notified that it was ready. I arrived & parking was a MESS. The layout of the parking lot is stupid. Found a spot &waited. Figured I'd call &let them know that I'd arrived. Busy tone 5 times. Once I got it to ring it didn't stop ringing. When I FINALLY got an answer they rushed me off the phone. Waited 20 minutes JUST to have them ask my name. They gave me a LARA form about product testing that they weren't using properly. Product came with no patient label/receipt like I've gotten at every other State-licensed PC..My guess is they're giving stuff to people in exchange for 5star reviews..what a joke.
