Placed an order 20 minutes before cutoff time. An hour later got a call saying they couldn’t fulfill my order. Now it’s too late to order from anyone else. Absolutely garbage customer service.

Placed an order at 7:30, 30 minutes before close. Didn’t get a text until 8:15 and they said they couldn’t complete the order because they’re closed. But they weren’t closed when I placed the order. And it wasn’t like it was 5 minutes before they closed either. Half an hour before close is plenty early for an order. And not texting me until 8:15? Terrible customer service all around.

Dope spot
Not much of a reviewer but this place surprised me. Pretty good selection and pricing, the daily deal was awesome, and the bud tender was super helpful. What more can you ask for really?
