It was my first visit... they were polite, friendly, very helpful. I had finished with my bud tender and was checking out when they discovered an input error. I want put in as medical... they fixed it immediately. Then there was an issue with how things were adding up... they fixed with an offer of a surrebuttal just for the inconvenience because it took quite a while to discover the root problem. They allow your guests, add long as they are 21, to accompany you... that was the biggest delight.

I can not stress enough how helpful and wonderful and knowledgeable and relaxing the whole experience is. On your first visit you get an ID card that gets you into their backrooms. This ID card expires on your renewal date. I also overheard one of the staff tell a customer..... and I quote..... "Just a friendly reminder that your recommendation ends in 15 days." How cool is that? I enjoy the whole experience. And as an added bonus....... my daughter doesn't have to wait in the car. She can come in and play some games or check out some interesting reading material. She thought it was interesting and had great brain teaser puzzles.

These folks we very helpful and knowledgeable. I will assuredly be a repeat customer. Two very big thumbs up for accepting California recommendations.
