Discounts are not available on some products and prices are getting too high. The staff today were not knowledgeable. The inventory was sparse. The quality is down...what happened here? Been loyal for years... don't know what to think...spent half what I usually do

I noticed discounts do not add up lately. They DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES AS ADVERTISED ANYMORE... still my go to store always..kids are great ..
