Works well and tastes good. Definitely worth the money.

The company boasts curbside pickup. I called 12 times at pickup and it kept going to voicemail. I am disabled. I had to hobble inside to tell them that they were not answering the phone. Someone finally brought my order to the front, but I was then told I had to walk all the way to the back by the register and then walk all the way back to the front to exit. I objected, so she asked if I had exact change. I did. Every single time I order curbside pickup there is a problem. Last time I had to call multiple times and it took 40 minutes for them to come out. The time before that was a similar problem. If they can’t do curbside pickup, then stop offering it. This store is always chaotic and inefficient . Multiple lines throughout the store, even with internet ordering. They get away with poor service because they are the only store in south Orange County. The definitely need some competition.

Website took forever to order from. The store deleted the discount and wouldn’t let me use another one. Gave me the wrong order on a $255 order. Parking lot pickup. I’m disabled but told I needed to go inside. Overcharged me and was supposed to get cash back. Didn’t receive it. Also gave another fee for using atm card. Gave me the order in a stapled bag. Didn’t open it until I got home 20 miles away. Wrong order. I will never go back there. Refused to give me a corporate contact. Extremely poor customer service. Ugh. I’m so angry.

I ordered 10 tins of sleep gummies. An hour later I was told they only had 2, but would be getting more tomorrow. I called and asked if they would have enough for the order. The lady said yes, but I would have to reorder. I groaned and she hung up the phone on me and canceled my order. The next day they supposedly had 0 for sale. It was a very frustrating experience. I don’t like being hung up on and lied to. Very poor service.
