First time in, front desk guy tried to tell me my passport was expired from the issuance date. After being handed my passport back three times he put both my husband's and my information in wrong. My husband is a Lil salty about losing $700 in points to himself with the wrong birthday(he'll figure it out)... Second time, front desk fixed messed up info and was awesome, everything was perfect!! Both times we were taken care of by Matt. He was excellent!! Great with his suggestions[thanks ;) ] as well as being super patient with the amount of questions we asked. Thanks, Matt!!!
