Today I ordered 5 Puck’s gummies and was given taffies. When I pointed it out, the employee responded: “You mean to tell me you watched me scan these, and didn’t bother to say anything? You just sat there while I scanned them? And now you have a problem?” Seriously? I asked for a manager. **Denny** arrived already irritated, gave unclear instructions, then acted like I was stupid for misunderstanding him. That explained a lot. **Anthony** was polite and offered to make things right, but then left me waiting while customer after customer came and went. I spent 30–35 minutes there over THEIR mistake after a 12-hour workday. Anthony, I appreciate your professionalism, but this location needs serious housecleaning. Inaccurate orders are one thing. Employees and management disrespecting customers is another.
