This shop is way over priced and they give you an incentive to post a positive review to make them look good. They sell cartridges without the required battery. When I called to get a battery or a different cartridge, they were very rude and kept saying “I don’t know what to tell you”. Why would you sell cartridges to someone without the proper battery?! This is the first place that has ever screwed me over. I’m out $100 and there’s nothing they’re willing to do. Sierra wellness was totally understanding and helped me out and gave me a discount. You lost a monthly customer.

I am a new customer after having a bad experience with RISE. The lady up front was so sweet, caring and understanding. She hooked me up with the correct batteries and gave me a slight discount. Will definitely be coming back here from now on!!
