Brought me the wrong strain at first but that wasn't even the problem. The weed was extremely crunchy as if it had been sitting on the shelf for a few months, I've never had a problem ordering pens but the weed here has always been problematic. Still good to smoke but completely unacceptable at the prices we are paying and this isnt even the first time it has happened. Order and delivery times are great but the actual flower product needs improvement.
