Cancelled my order saying they tried to contact me when they were here which was a lie then blocked my number foul

I would give more stars for their A1 customer service. I happened to receive a defective device I had let them know right away and was told to contact them in the morning and it would be replaced no problem. I received a text in the morning regarding it (I loved how on top of it they were that I didn't have to reach back out) I sent over a quick video of the defective product and they were swift to send a driver out with my exchange with no issues with the new device. Extremely happy with their level of customer service

Was told they were out of stock and asked for blue dream crumble instead got shatter smh
