Always make sure they write your name and your account if they say they’re gonna owe you something because they don’t give it to you unless it’s like that and that’s what just happened to me on top of. I ordered a Jeter card that doesn’t work and they’re making me show them video of it not working and they have to investigate it and I’m still not 100%. I’m gonna get a refund. I don’t even want a refund. I just want a product that works. I used to use the store a lot, but this will probably be my last especially if they don’t trade out this broken Jeter obviously they must be fake because they’re broken right out of the package. You wait all day for your order and then it comes broken and then they suspect you of it. It makes no sense.

Came to me broken right out of the package and they are telling me I have to show video of it broken on top of their investigating if they’re gonna switch it out after waiting all day for the order I ordered from this place a lot and it’s sad that that’s how people treat each other
