Hi Marco we unfortunatley had to stop taking your delivery. It was after multiple conversations of you confirming availability for a delivery window then telling driver you would be right out but keeping them waiting 20 or 30 min or straight up not answering our calls after you confirmed to come out. Then making excuses as to why it took so long and you telling us its a $400 order, you fell asleep after saying you were coming out, or busy dropping beats in the studio. We do our best to communicate and the driver and office has other stops and has already provided our other customers with their etas. It was your lack of respect to office staff and drivers that led to us asking you to order elsewhere it was not just once or twice it happened 11 times in a 8 week period. These setbacks and delays with your deliveries became so frequent that in order to try to provide good service to our other existing customers we can no longer take yours.
