disappointed long time patient

Walk in & out again last Friday! Same product I been buying for months- goes up $10 our larger size $15. in 1 week. Then staff tries to convince me that I must be mistaken. It was never made right when I was given wrong product. Now for a product to jump that much- is too much for me!

Extremely Disappointed

Frequent customer asked for a specific item. After getting home, I realized was given a completely different item. Even more disappointed when I called.& the person answering phone, dismissed the error like it was no big deal. Seems its all about getting people in & out faster for those tips!
