Just got the BEST service from Antonio! 😁🤝Down to earth, knowledgeable, respected my budget and I left happy. Last time I was in, Lulu helped me and it was the same - I wish I knew all the budtenders’ names, I’ve yet to have a bad experience with anyone. In times like these when they’re busy and dealing with the anxious public I appreciate that. Only complaint is that this shop is more strict than others with your medical card - even though it’s in their system and you have a photo, mgmt requires you to have the physical paper. Really sucks to lose out on those savings if the card ain’t on ya, but at least the woman at the front desk was polite about it! Other than that, it’s CLEAN, spacious, big selection and two happy hours. But the service is what keeps me coming back! 💕

Been here a few times and gotten friendly budtenders who were down to engage and give recommendations. Today I had to exchange a defective vape outside the grace period, and instead of pointing to the sign on the wall and saying “tough sh!t” when I asked about it, the manager Scott actively listened and took care of me. The budtender with the curly brown hair was hella accommodating before I asked for Scott, as was the one who helped me after. Stuff like that makes me wanna come back. And now I know for sure about the policy so can’t screw it up again. Thanks y’all!

Y’all I’ve had a note on my phone that said “leave Rafael a good review” for weeks now 😂 I’ve been in a few times and I’ve always gotten a knowledgeable budtender, nice security guard and great bud. However, Rafael treated me with exceptional service even as I realized I only had like seven bucks on me...and it was all in quarters. Not only did he give me the time to count out everything, he managed to get me a gram of great stuff and saved my train commute home. Don’t believe people complaining about prices, it has a lot to do with the always-shifting new laws and specific vendors the store carries. If you’re nice they’re more than understanding and can get you some good stuff on your budget. Thanks again Rafael! Got a good tip for you next time I’m in the shop, I owe ya. 🙏🏽

Went in with a friend, looking for a quick cheap smoke. I never got her name, but the girl with the dark hair and the FlavRx shirt was so nice! She showed us all of our preroll options so we could make our decision, wasn’t pushy, she listened to what we really needed instead. And she gave us a nice fat house joint too! Next time I’m in for more stuff I’ll be happy to spend more and take her recommendations 👏🏽
