They do not answer their phone and do not communicate and of course you have to call to cancel your order. Never ordering here again. Plus I’ve seen the other reviews of them showing up with unlabeled products and are never the correct item you purchased and apparently the delivery driver has an indifference to your issues

Took a really long time but overall great experience if you’re running low I recommend ordering a day before you run out otherwise the wait might be too long. Driver was amazing with communication and super nice!! Overall 10/10 experience
