The entire experience, from start to finish, was excellent. The staff genuinely cares about their clients. Brii, the receptionist, was exceptional. Her knowledge and commitment to providing excellent customer service were evident. Dr. Erica was extremely attentive, actively listening to my concerns and offering effective solutions. I plan to continue using their services in the future.
