Horrible experience I've spent maybe 500-1k dollars there and I come up $.20 short and instead of just saying don't worry about it which I've thrown many dollars in their tip jars in the past they downgrade me to some swag so I told him you know what I'm not gonna shop here anymore and I won't be and I wouldn't. I made him very well aware I was unhappy in the process that this isn't good customer service that I spent much money there and the only thing guy could do is look at me like he's never seen me even though I recognized the guy quite well so if you want impersonal service and horrible customer service, I would recommend this place for their prices are average nothing average as well. Now prior experiences and buttenders are typical pro & stellar this one was discretional failure over twenty cents, warned to rectify as he even said something like 'oh i'd have to take 20 cents out of our tip jar' or some nonsense. These place are greedy, impersonal, and honestly gross.. bye
