I love this place!! The staff are extremely friendly and try to give you the best experience every time. Also, they give u a free joint, and if the order is taking hella long they will throw in a 2nd preroll for the wait but overall they are just a great staff and i have always had a good experience with them. I picked up an ounce the other day and I have never been as disappointed as I was after I left OnePlant in Antioch, CA with my ounce of flower. I open the bag and I start looking at the weed and it is still wet and has hell of stems and was also really poorly trimmed. So after the water weight and all the stems my ounce was more like a quarter ounce!! Not joking!! Am dead ass serious. Knowing I cant get my money back or exchanged for a different ounce I took it as a loss and gave it to a friend. Will never buy from there again. Unless they refund or give me a new ounce, staying at 1 star but will change to 5 stars if they reach out and make it right.
