Other item was wrong

You guys literally messed up the order I just noticed you gave me a peach ringz plug and play instead of the other brand I ordered how is it this hard to understand? I DONT HAVE A BATTERY FOR THIS!!!! Horrible delivery service you guys sent me a burnt up cart and than this and I have seen 0 compensation I better get a free order and include a plug and play battery and as many pens as possible this is bulls**t I pay $70 f***ing dollar every time and yall cant read the right thing on the packages? Pathetic need a full money back for the last 2 orders you guys just probably put all these complaints into a trash pile like the last one I put on here gonna make sure this gets a 1 star every order and make sure other people give you 1 until every person is compensated.

Never tried one of these and looked interesting. Was burnt immediately upon trying to use. My battery is only set at 2.7V and never has a problem.

This one was fine worked great. Tasted great. Used a setting 2.7V battery as usual. No problems.

Two of the cartridges (glass curepen and one of the kushy brand) I got are burnt the other one was fine hopefully there is some type of compensation I didn’t spend $70 for 2 busted pens I need this fixed immediately. Other than that the driver was very nice and made the interaction quick and easy as well I just need these 2 replacements.

Great experience gave me 2 pre rolls for free I think as first time orderer just wish they did exact change but it was still better than using a card
