I purchase a vape pen and it was delivered. And the store did notify me that it needed a battery to operate. So I cannot use the vape pen. I went online and tried to order one, but I haven’t the ability to know what type to order. Because I am new to all of this.

I was sold an empty vape pen. They refused a refund or text even after I sent in several videos showing them that I followed their instructions. Yet, the vape pen never worked! I was refused a refund or an exchange. After receiving a hostile text from them. I discontinued texting him. I will remember to never ever purchase anything from them ever again!

It was effortless ordering and receiving the delivery from this company on a night I needed pain relief to sleep. I needed to sleep in the free from pain. The delivery guy was polite, and courteous. They delivered on time as they said they would.
