I really WANT to like this shop. They have good product and prices, and some of the staff are friendly. HOWEVER. I think I'm done giving them chances. I am very hard of hearing in one ear, and this shop is ALWAYS blasting music so loud. Between the echoing voices, loud music, and face masks, I truly don't understand how anyone can have a conversation/ask their budtender questions. Just this afternoon when I politely asked my budtender if he would turn down the music because I am hard of hearing, he literally rolled his eyes, scoffed, and went and turned it down maybe 2 decibels. You are a shop selling alternative medicine, people with all sorts of handicaps and ailments come to your store, that's not how you treat someone with a reasonable easy request. This is also the one and only shop I have had this issue with. Really hope the manager reads these reviews and will fix that. Most of the time I can barely hear them calling the next person up from the lobby.

I was excited when I walked into this place as the owners were very friendly and helpful, however they did not have an ATM (their page says they have one, this was about a month ago, maybe it's new?) so I had to return another day. Big 👎 for me as my medicine purchases are one of the only times I carry cash and had yet to go into a shop without one.... I returned and got some of their concentrates, not in carts, I again wasn't too impressed with the flavor or strength. Can't speak for their bud or carts, I will probably give here another chance though as their drive through system seems rad.
