(Right under Cyn ofc) Always welcomes me in with the brightest smile and the best vibes you can receive, wholeheartedly. Made my day better every time I walked in and heard him say "Heyyy TonyyyY" Sad to see him go, but his next employer is VERY lucky to have snagged him from Haven. Many well-wishes to you, Robert. received absolutely terrible service from Leilani today 3/15/25 @12:31pm Felt rushed and ignored asking questions and getting short "uh huh" and "mhm"s from her while requesting information on the upcoming point retention system being updated. Asked to use my points towards a certain combination of products and felt as if she was patronizing me , telling me that there would be some sort of issue on her end not allowing me to do so. I say "fine" and ask for a simple joint by Dunzo that is "testing highest, please" and she turns around opens the cabinet, opens one tupperware of products, and hands me a side hustle mango kush joint and rushes through the checkout process without even allowing me to know what product she is giving me. Anyhow I walk out the store and see the product thc % & notice the Side Hustle branding, look closer at the test percentage: its a product from october of last year that is a mere 13% laughably embarrassing from Leilani considering I have been shopping here nearly three times a week, for nearly two years, and am very comfortable and familiar with everyone on the team at this location, including her.
