I put in an online order with a 30 to 60 minute pick up. I went in about two hours after putting in the order, since it was never confirmed. I showed up and waited in the front with no one noticing me for a bit two gentlemen came in after me, and they were let directly in - medical card were then taken after they were let in to start their purchase. The individual put my ID and medical card into the system, and then proceeded to go and help the customer that he has been helping when I showed up and then when he came over I reminded him that I had a pick up order and that was all that I wanted to do my pick up order was still not ready, after that, he attempted to charge me tax even though I just given them my medical card. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be back for a second experience. There’s a lot of different choices in town and customer service is really important. I believe things get things busy but I don’t think that’s the problem here, since there was more employees than clientele when I arrived…

First time going thru the kiosk; picked a blue widow PR since the Pink Cookies was out. The Blue Widow PR tasted like a stale cigarette :( I could only manage a few puffs before putting it out so I did not notice a head or body change (other than the awful taste making me feel physically sick). Was that really thc? Or some delta8CBD blend? 🤢
